Reminder to everyone that we’re headlining at the Rock and Roll Hotel on Friday to celebrate the life and times of Justin Matthew Shuster, M.D. It’s his 27th bday, so there’ll be birthday cake and shots involved. It’s also his final show with The Method before he departs to med school, so there will be a big throwdown and some tears, too.

Please join us for this special occasion as we send our favorite songwriter and bassplaying groovemaster off to the Carribean.

We’ll take the stage around 11, but there’ll be some great music beforehand so come early.

We’re really looking forward to Saturday night when we make our debut in the Big Apple at The Bitter End, a legendary venue in the Village.

We’re slated to play for about an hour starting at 10:30, but don’t be surprised if we take the stage closer to 11:00. Better to get there a bit early and grab a beer (or several).

Since we’re already going to be in the Village, we thought we’d move the official Method afterparty somewhere close. Join us at The Redhead at 349 E. 13th Street for late-night shenanigans.

Just a friendly reminder that The Method will be returning to The Bullpen at Nationals Park to rock the Nats-Cubs pre-game party on Thursday. We’ll be playing a long 2-hour set from 5:30-7:30. Come enjoy non-ballpark prices for your pre-game beers, get down for a couple hours, then watch the Nats get their asses handed to them by the equally mediocre Cubs.
